Policies

Individual clients:

Mosden Music Therapy believes in preserving the client-therapist-family relationship. Cancellations can be made up until right before sessions without a penalty.
- Payment will only be required for a cancelled session if the therapist is en route to the house when the cancellation is made, or if the therapist has already arrived at the house without being made aware of the cancellation.
  - In these instances, the session fee must be paid in full.
- Once a client has secured a spot on the MMT schedule, they are guaranteed sessions until termination if sessions proceed as scheduled.
  - Four or more consecutive cancellations will result in a removal from therapist's schedule. Client will then be placed on a waitlist, or moved to a new time-slot.

Centers, Schools, Facilities:

Contracts will be given to facilities once entering into a partnership with Mosden Music Therapy. Please make sure contract policies are reviewed thoroughly.
Sites that require irregular programming (i.e. summer camp "special visit") do not require a contract. Policies are as follows:
- Sites must give 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the price of the intended session(s) must be paid to Mosden Music Therapy in full.
